The Peaster Education Foundation meets once a month, typically on the third Tuesday in the Peaster ISD Administration Building.

Financial Transparency
In order to be good stewards of the funds we manage the following checks and balances are in place:
- Two signer requirement/approval on all checks or bank drafts over $5,000.
- Non-board member independent CPA preparation of non-profit tax returns.
- Monthly review of treasurer reports by board members.
- Segregation of duties from Vendor committee and treasurer for vendor scheduling and payment processing.
